Forging International Partnerships to Promote Blood Donation

Valuing the growth process and forging international collaboration has been one of the principal activities for the organization. Being one of the country representatives at the 10^th scientific congress of the African Society of Blood Transfusion (AfSBT) in Senegal, a collaborative partnership was found with the NGOs “Kwaaba Foundation” from Ghana and “Action for Blood” from the United Kingdom. The aim of this synergy is to contribute at a continental level the quality of safe blood through promoting voluntary blood donation.
