Our Mission

Building a valuable community of blood donors

Our Vision

Creating a world where no one dies from blood shortages

Why We Exist

Every 2 seconds someone is in need of blood and 1 in every 6 people eventually die due to lack of blood..

The most affected group of people are pregnant women, sickle cell and cancer patients among others..

Delay in obtaining blood donors and the right blood unit contribute significantly to the outcome of these patients when in extreme need of blood..

Partnership

As aligned by SDG 17, we are firmly dedicated to partner with relevant institutions to achieve our vision as we work in close collaboration with a number of organisations and individuals to provide sustainable solutions. Our work has been recognised in a number of international competitions, notably the Youth Alliance for Leadership and Development in Africa (YALDA) iboot camp, Morocco 2018, where we emerged as the second runner-up. Also, at the Belgian “Vocatio” competition, selected alongside 19 other laureates for sponsorship to promote our activities. Click here for more.
